「The staff were extremely helpful when we suffered a bad experience with our food on our first night's stay. Stick to the basic meals on the menu, like the burgers and fish and chips! We booked a bed, breakfast and evening meal deal for 2 nights, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but, on reflection, should have booked everything separately, because we would be over £100 better off!! Reception staff and bar staff were helpful and friendly, the restaurant was a little more chaotic with missed food orders, unable to answer questions about food, and dropping used breakfast cutlery in our laps causing us to have to change clothes. 「The carpets in the inn were filthy when walking up to the rooms! The beds were super squeaky and the room got super warm at night. We asked for a fan and were given one that doesn't work.
