"This is a beautiful hotel! Staff were wonderful! They do a great job of dealing with the parking crunch in The French Quarter. The pools were nice, the buildings and walkways have an amazing, historic atmosphere which is just what we were looking for! We were within walking distance to all of French Quarter and used the Le Pass app to ride the trolley, bus, and ferry to get around to the further away locations. Highly recommend this hotel!"

We were able to walk everywhere while enjoying a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The hotel itself is full of character and history, exactly what you hope for in New Orleans. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The courtyard and pool were a true highlight—such a relaxing oasis after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. This hotel captures the soul of New Orleans: elegant, laid-back, and full of charm.
