「We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. 「This is a small hotel, feels family run and we came for our son's graduation from Newcastle University. He was living in Jesmond so this hotel was a perfect location. The staff made this stay, they were absolutely outstanding. They gave us early check in and were so kind and helpful to my mother in law, who has mobility issues. Absolutely outstanding breakfast too, included in the price. Well done Osborne hotel!」

「The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy.
