"The room was massive and clearly newly decorated. It was let down on the first night by the previous occupants filthy towels still being in the room. The other major issue with the room is the noise. The room is at the front of the hotel and the noise from the revellers outside and the sound system just below the room meant no sleep. There should be a new word for places that charge you to stay but you can’t actually get any sleep. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the cocktails...

"What a lovely , calm , mellow gem of a place . A very relaxing and wonderful stay . We loved the actual building and quiet garden . Rooms were spacious / very comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely . Excellent breakfast - and dinner too . We will definitely return ."

"We stayed on a Friday evening. The reception were very professional during check in and giving information. The location is perfect for visiting all restaurants and bars that the Quayside has to offer. The apartment we stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a get away or a longer stay!
