"My first choice for any stay for flying from Stansted. Next door so a few minutes walk for early morning flights. Great breakfast choices clean, fantastic staff, fabulous rooms, the perfect sized shower if only all other hotels had them."

"The staff were amazing, and the room was okay in terms of size and cleanliness. The only downside is how noisy some of the guests can be, but there's not much the staff can do about that. "

"Good parking. Nice area. Staff were friendly. Room was cold even with heating on, asked for an extra heater but the staff couldn’t find me one. Mold growing on the inside of the fridge. Food was pretty poor from the boathouse cafe, cheap though. "

"Clean, spacious room (107) with sofa and chair as well as the bed and a desk. No wardrobe but space and hangers provided. 2 suitcase stands as well. The lift wasn't working so good job we were only on the 1st floor. Bathroom set out for disabled but fully functional as a wet room. Staff very friendly and the service was top notch. Good food and drink at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet was delicious and hot."
