「Everything was great, other then... we chose this location because it had a pool. Traveling with 3, 10 year olds, a pool was a MUST!! We were able to swim once for about 2 minutes before the smell of chlorine forced us to leave. All three of my kids almost immediately became ill, including coughing, burning eyes and skin irritation Later that evening the pool was completely closed "for maintenance". 「This was another return visit to the area and the Hampton Inn is and will always be our go to place to stay. Always very friendly staff, very clean lobby and outdoor areas, very easy check in, very clean and well setup rooms, and the breakfast is always very good. I highly recommend this property to stay at. You won't be disappointed!! 」

「The rooms are very spacious and offer a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and sink. The ski area is fantastic! The only negative is the outdated pool. The inside part, since it continues to the outside, is very worn down and claustrophobic!」

「This is a historic place visited by the likes of Henry Ford, filled with fishing memorabilia on the walls, that is a great choice for a group (or family) who wish to test their skills on the Au Sable or other local trout streams Terry and the other staff were wonderful. The suite I stayed in, one of two with their own bath rooms, was commodious. It's well located on the north branch of the Au Sable, and only about 25 minutes from Grayling. 」
