「Older but very clean and the property is adorable」

「The hotel was great, the issue we had was the lack of info we received when booking through Expedia - just know the hotel does not have elevators (so if they have conventions etc going on & you find yourself on the 2nd floor requiring stairs - you won’t be able to find a ground floor room to switch to). We had my 87 yr old mom with us and stair wind her. Toilet in our room was low also with no hand rail - so be sure to ask for a room with everything you need ahead of time. The hotel...

「Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast. 「The person managing this property was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, the floors were vacuumed even in spots you wouldn't think to look. (I accidentally dropped something behind the bedside table and could tell the floor had been vacuumed recently) the mattress was clean, covered and well maintained.
