「L habitacion era muy limpia, nos han asignado una habitacion con acceso a la piscina en la zona tranquila, la verdad que para familias mejor la otra piscina con animacion, asi que en ningun momento hemos aprovechado de l acceso directo a la piscina. L animacion muy muy floja,casi tienes que buscar tu los animadores para jugar o participar algun torneo. tampoco se respetan los horarios y los show que ponen en el cartel. 「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, viele Restaurants, in 1 Minute am Strand. Hervorzuheben ist das wirklich immerzu freundliche Personal. Wir hatten die erste Nacht ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße, an Schlaf war wegen der Lautstärke nicht zu denken. Wir konnten unser Zimmer unkomplziert und problemlos tauschen. Das Zimmer war nun in der Seitenstraße und um einiges leiser. Insgesamt ein tolles, sehr freundliches Hotel!」

「I had a lovely side sea view room on the 6th floor. It was just so relaxing to sit on the balcony and take in the atmosphere. I love this hotel and have been there many times. It is unpretentious and stylish, an abundance of plants everywhere. I love the beach and walked it every day. Everything is spotless. The food is good quality with a good supply of fruit and vegetables. It gets a bit noisy between 8-11 with different local venues putting on their entertainment but all stops at 11.00. I...

「Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend.」
