"We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details. "Fantastic, well equipped spacious apartments with massive balconies and animation team that is fantastic with the kids. The pools and splash park are great and the small soft play area is a welcome addition to the facilities too. Great location with a supermarket and lots of nice restaurants near by. There is also a large pedestrianised walkway down to the seafront which is super safe for the kids. Only grip is that the house keeping is a bit hit and miss with atleast one scheduled clean...
