「L habitacion era muy limpia, nos han asignado una habitacion con acceso a la piscina en la zona tranquila, la verdad que para familias mejor la otra piscina con animacion, asi que en ningun momento hemos aprovechado de l acceso directo a la piscina. L animacion muy muy floja,casi tienes que buscar tu los animadores para jugar o participar algun torneo. tampoco se respetan los horarios y los show que ponen en el cartel.
El buffet muy bueno y con mucha variedad.Los camareros todos muy amables.

「We had an amazing stay. Apartment had no AC but we were able to rent a portable one at the reception. The kids enjoyed the splash pool and the shows in the evenings. Entertainment crew did a great job, i really enjoyed zumba in the pool. It was also impressing to see how passionate the lady lifeguard is in her job. Housekeeper made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were offered champagne, lemon water, or still water while the receptionist explained everything about the hotel during check-in, which gave a great first impression.
