「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und modern. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Das Essen war super. 」

「Ich war schon viele Male in diesem Hotel und buche es auch immer wieder gerne. Gut gelegen, sehr abwechslungsreiches Essen, egal ob zum Frühstück oder zum Abendessen. Langjähriges Personal immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind alle sauber und ordentlich. Es macht einfach jedes Mal Spaß dort zu sein.」

「Immer wieder gerne. Mittlerweile der 4. Aufenthalt in der Anlage. Ordentliche Bungalows mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Regelmäßige Reinigung und Wäschewechsel. Übersichtliche, nicht zu große Anlage. In Gehentfernung zu zwei Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungszentren. Frühstück mit 10€, auch für Kinder , nicht gerade günstig, aber zu empfehlen. Pool und Whirlpool sehr sauber. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade in Playa del Ingles. Restaurant -Tip: El Velero. Günstige Menüs.」

「The staff is amazing here ! Big shout out to the cleaning team - it was so nice. Everything was top dollar. Late check out was 40 euros in cash only - that seemed a big too much but we were able to just stay buy the pool. 」

「Parkmöglichkeiten waren super. Selbst als es ein riesen Sportfest in der nähe gab konnte man noch einen Parkplatz finden. Etwas von Nachteil war die höhrbare Hauptstraße hinter der Anlage. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man sie nicht. Wegen des Sportfestes waren auch gegen ende sehr viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel. Ruhig und entspannt am Pool liegen war dadurch dann eher weniger möglich. Trotzdem Preis/Leistung war in unserem Fall jedenfalls mehr als top und wir würden bestimmt wieder...

「Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend.」

「+：客房相对宽敞，舒适整洁。夜间有娱乐活动。酒店提供直达maspalomas的班车。 -：晚餐的主菜一般，饮料需要另外收费。最后结账时发现菜单上的价格与最终价格不符，酒店解释菜单上显示的是全包食宿的价格（我们是半包）。 ？：奇怪的是，我们打了两次电话要求拖鞋，前台说马上送上来，但第三次下前台问的时候，前台却说酒店不提供拖鞋。」
