"Breakfast service consistently ended 30–45 minutes earlier than the posted closing time, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The hotel also does not provide extra pillows, and any additional sheets or towels require guests to go down to the lobby themselves—even when these items should have been stocked based on the number of people registered for the room. When we first checked in, we walked into a room with a strong musty, damp odor. The front desk agent told us there were no other rooms available, which felt unlikely. The next day, we discovered water seeping up through the floor and reported it to a different staff member. Fortunately, he took the issue seriously and moved us to another room. However, the leak and the resulting room change forced us to postpone our planned events for the day, which significantly disrupted our schedule and spoiled what should have been an enjoyable day."

"The room was clean and comfortable! I was disappointed that I checked in late and had to wait more than 20 mins for someone to come to desk and check me into my room. Also, even though I am a 12 year awards member, I had to pay for a bottle of water. Parking was convenient to the elevator. "

"Awful night. Fire alarm went on twice in the middle of the night. Last room on the first floor closed to additional exit, so you can hear the door closing all night and too much street noise. You can’t sleep at all. "
