She was up front with us about wifi issues, hot tubs were not on & they do not serve breakfast any longer. Made sure we were okay with it before proceeding & processing our payment. 「Although we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub, the resort was beautiful and peaceful. The only complaint I have is our room was on the main floor and across from the kitchen door so as they were cleaning for the night we could hear it. We would definitely stay here again. 」
