"I booked this hotel and confirmed, but when I checked in, i was told by the hotel that they dont have a room available. So i was left alone in a strange place at 9pm without dinner. I contacted Hotels.com, and even till now after 48 hours, except by saying sorry, i haven't even received anything meaningful response or refund. I was shocked by such services, wouldn't you imagine there is a policy in place to help travelers in this situation? Oh yeah, perhaps i forgot that it was late at 9pm, so we, as customers, should be more considerate and not to bother hotels.com or the hotel staff?!"
