「We always stay at SoHo Grand when in NYC. Great location, dining options and friendly service. 」

「Hotel was nice, if a bit pricy. Line for coffee was long in the mornings and some of that staff were a bit dismissive.」

「I loved having two beds in the room and I loved the proximity to Bryant Park and Times Square and subway stations to get everywhere else. It was nice to have a coffee pot in the room, but they were a little stingy with the creamers and also with the shampoo and conditioner. We did not get a replacement every day and we ran out and had to ask for more.」

「We liked everything about the property. Staff, room size, beds, location, was a perfect stay.」

「There was a DJ in the lobby on Saturday night which would have been fine but we had kids and went to bed at like 10 pm. The pounding from the music reached us on the 6th floor! This is not ok when you have little kids. Also, I wished the bakery had more baked items to choose from. Otherwise I loved the hotel. Very much needed in Brooklyn.」

「Room had lamp shade missing. Everyday after I left the room, I could not access my room. Door card has to be reactivated everyday when I returned from an outing. Apparently they do that for "your protection". I am not sure how deactivating key card protects me. No one can get into my room unless they had a key card. I was never told at check-in that this was their procedure for rooms there. A guest should not have to go to the front desk to get back in their room every time they leave.」
