Não vou a Gramado para comprar apartamento

Gostei muito da localização do hotel, atendimento dos funcionários, qualidade da roupa de cama, chuveiro e afins. O que não gostei foi de ser abordada, diversas vezes, pela equipe que fica tentando vender apartamentos. Acho muito chato e desconfortável ficarem oferecendo brindes como se realmente fossem brindes, pois quando você dá atenção eles fazem de tudo para venderem apartamentos como se fosse esse o objetivo das pessoas irem a Gramado. Acredito que quem deseja comprar deve procurar uma imobiliária ou afins, mas, está extremamente desagradável ser abordado o tempo todo por essas equipes até dentro do hotel. Fora isso, eu voltaria ao hotel por outras qualidades. Obrigada.

Ficamos no quarto 301, quarto confortável, ar-condicionado funcionando, só foi um pouco desconfortável o barulho dos outros quartos que é possível ouvir, entra um pouco de claridade pela porta e a mesma faz barulho devido acredito que ao vento do corredor.

Pior hotel que já ficamos. Não recomendo.

Quarto terrível, a cama era pessima. Solicitei a troca de quarto pois na primeira noite minha esposa não conseguiu dormir pq a cama era horrível (ela está grávida de 7 meses). Não foi possível fazer a troca de quarto pois estava tudo “lotado”, também não fizeram esforço nenhum pra tentar resolver a situação. Má vontade dos funcionários na hora do atendimento. Saímos um dia antes da data prevista para o checkout e fomos procurar outro hotel pra tentar aproveitar um pouco da viajem e poder descansar tbm. Cobram estacionamento mas não tem lugar pra deixar os carros, ficam todos amontoados num espaço minúsculo no “pátio” do hotel. Café da manhã super fraco tbm. Não recomendo. Não vale metade do valor que cobram.

Hotel precisa modernizar.

Hotel simples e muito antigo, Precisa de uma modernização. Quarto pequeno, estava limpo, tudo funcionou, muito central. Atendimento dos meninos na portaria e das moças no café da manha foram excelentes. Mas o hotel realmente precisa modernizar. (Quarto casal standart no sótão é muito ruim com claraboia que deixa entrar luz.) Se procuram um hotel mais simples, prefiram o apt com cama casal +solteito.

Acomodação bem localizada, mas na média.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização. Deixa a desejar na manutenção do quarto (402) com lâmpada queimada e trinco da janela estragado. Outra coisa que deixou a desejar é que no anúncio do hotel diz ter estacionamento e chegando lá o meu veículo teve que ficar numa rampa na calçada da rua na esquina do hotel, fiquei apreensivo, mas não aconteceu nada com ele e ainda me cobraram 33,00 para o veículo ficar ali.

O Hotel é velho. Acomodacao parou no tempo. Ar condicionado nao aquece, calefaçao só funcionava apartir de 10 graus (ficou de 12 a 15 o final de semana todo). Piscina aquecida, carregadíssima de cloro. Impossivel ficar lá. Café da manhã razoavel, comida fria, ambiente velho. Torradeira só esquenta um lado. O hotel debitou 100% da hospedagem na reserva, mesmo eu optando por pagar no hotel (hotels.com nao conseguiu solucionar). O que me decepcionou foi o preço que paguei em relacao a qualidade. É minha primeira avaliacao negativa em qualquer hospedagem que fiz!
