Lugar e estrutura são maravilhosos.. mas a administração, não parece ter experiência com hotelaria.. desde o cheiro, o atendimento, a limpeza, os processos, tudo deixa a desejar.. experiência foi muito ruim.

Top mas pecaram no café!

O Hotel é novo muito limpo confortavel de excelente localização a única consideração negativa é que o café é terceirizado e bom porém no dia em que mais precisávamos o café ficou pronta somente 07:50 e o café da manhã inicia às 07:30 então falharam na logística e organização ingerimos a alimentação a seco por falta do café uma pena pois no restante foi excelente !

Hotel bom , porém não abasteceu o frigobar com àgua nos 4 dias de hospedagem e ainda encontramos uma garrafa de àgua fechada mas vazia dentro do frigobar que não foi do nosso consumo. O quarto é escuro mas muito confortável, a pia do banheiro é bem pequena tanto para escovar como para como apoio por conta do espelho.

Café da manhã deixou a desejar!

Me hospedei neste hotel no final de semana e tive uma experiência mista. O hotel é novo, com acomodações excelentes, muito bonito e bem decorado. A localização também é ótima, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. No entanto, o café da manhã deixou bastante a desejar. A maioria dos itens servidos aparentava ser do dia anterior, com pães e bolos visivelmente ressecados. Por ser um hotel novo e ainda com poucos hóspedes, essa parte precisa ser revista com urgência, já que compromete a experiência geral da estadia. Com pequenos ajustes, principalmente nesse ponto, o hotel tem tudo para se tornar uma referência na região.

Encantador

Foi muito prazeroso ficar por quase uma semana com minha família nesse hotel. A localização é incrível, o ambiente nos traz uma paz, leveza e sensação extrema de felicidade. O que muito nos encantou foi a caça aos ovos na Páscoa. Os funcionários são muito gentis e as instalações são ótimas.

Carnaval de muita paz, e relaxamento

Nossa hospedagem foi excelente, hotel bonito, quarto confortável, com uma estrutura bem elaborada para família em termos de privacidade, uma piscina aquecida e coberta para relaxar, toalhas cheirosas, café com variedades, e mas detalhados ao lugar, como cucas coloniais etc... Não temos o que reclamar tudo muito bom e agradável.
