Hotel deixou a desejar. Fala que é tudo perto, mas só é perto de carro. Falaram que não dava pra levar pet,. cheguei e tinha uma pessoa com cachorro que passava o tempo todo latindo.

Nossas férias passadas em Gramado foi complementada com louvor o atendimento nos prestados pelo Hotel Laghetto Siena. Não relataremos os nomes das pessoas que nos atenderam porque, fatalmente esqueceremos de várias pessoas! O que mais nos surpreendeu foi a forma como todos nos atenderam, sempre bem humorados, prestativos, solícitos, atenciosos, simpáticos! Só temos que agradecer a todos, sem exceção! As instalações destes Hotel são muito boas, café da manhã de primeira! Super recomendado! Obrigado a todos!
