This hotel needs better attention to rooms. Toilets don’t work properly, mattress and pillows are extremely old…Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice, too.

Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. O hotel tinha somente um elevador pequeno para todas as pessoas e funcionários. O quarto não estava bem limpo. Televisão pequena, travesseiro ruim e fino. Wi-Fi difícil de conectar e rede péssima. Piscina pequena e cheiro de cloro que não dava pra ficar perto. Funcionários atrapalhados e sem cordialidade, parece que não receberam treinamento. Várias pessoas com quem conversamos tiveram a mesma impressão. O estacionamento pequeno que não comportava todos os carros dos hóspedes, tivemos que deixar o carro na rua, pois a partir das 19h não colocavam mais os carros das pessoas que iriam sair novamente. Tivemos que pedir para retirar o estacionamento da cobrança. A única coisa que se salvou foi o café da manhã que estava bem gostoso. No geral foi uma péssima estadia. Não iremos voltar a este hotel e nem nos outros da rede.

O quarto estava limpo e, no geral, a estadia foi boa. O café da manhã foi incrível! No entanto, alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados: a iluminação do quarto era bem fraca e, no banheiro, o secador de cabelo não estava fixado na parede, o que dificultou o uso. Além disso, não fomos informadas de que a taxa de limpeza não estava incluída nas diárias. Também não recebemos aviso de que as áreas de lazer, como a piscina e o ofurô, estariam em manutenção, o que gerou certa frustração.

Custo benefício ótimo! O hotel possui boa instalação com quarto confortável para 2 pessoas( 3 camas mas para 3 pessoas ficaria bem apertado) e chuveiro delicioso! Café da manhã muito bom! Localização ótima, bem pertinho do centro! Só a piscina e a jacuzzi que poderiam ser maiores e mais limpas! Equipe do hotel muito educada e solicita!

A rede Sky de hotéis é muito boa, oferece um serviço excelente com preço acessível. Toda estádia estava ótima, únicas questões de apontamento seria a cama wue achei desconfortável e a abordagem de algumas pessoas internas no hotel oferecendo pra ir ver cotas de resort sob alegação de ganhar um jantar, acho isso incoveniente e não se busca em um hotel, no geral sempre ótimo estar na rede Sky.

Acomodação ruim e importunação

Já estivemos em Gramado por 4 vezes; mas em nenhuma delas tivemos uma experiência ruim; desta vez o hotel deixou muito a desejar, cama desconfortável, travesseiros tão finos que nem pareciam travesseiros. Além disso, o quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, aquecedor do banheiro estragado, além de muito barulhos nos corredores, a maioria das camareiras falando em alto tom e cantando pela manhã! Sem falar que fomos importunados por uma moça que estava captando pessoas para “assistir à uma palestra” sobre um novo resort que estão para construir; já sabemos por experiências anteriores que se trata de venda de frações do imóvel; não caímos e ela ainda ficou brava! Importante salientar que estas pessoas estão dentro dos hotéis e restaurantes espalhadas por toda Gramado, já que a panfletagem foi expressamente proibida na cidade! Farei uma reclamação junto ao site da prefeitura; pois se continuar assim, esta abordagem desrespeitosa e importuna, os turistas vão sumir da cidade, o que é uma pena, pois apreciamos demais! Grata!

Hotel bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos. Camas bem confortáveis. Café da manhã ótimo. Na parte da limpeza do quarto que não foram trocadas as tolhas, mas solicitamos para a portaria e em seguida foi uma funcionária para fazer a troca.

Bom hotel

Bom atendimento da equipe em geral, mas o hotel está precisando de uma reforma, tinha uma goteira no banheiro e molhou todo o piso, o piso do quarto está descascando e as toalhas são limpas mas muito velhas, tem um bom café da manhã e vale a pena para uma noite pois tem um valor bom na diária!!
