This hotel needs better attention to rooms. Toilets don’t work properly, mattress and pillows are extremely old…Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice, too.

A rede Sky de hotéis é muito boa, oferece um serviço excelente com preço acessível. Toda estádia estava ótima, únicas questões de apontamento seria a cama wue achei desconfortável e a abordagem de algumas pessoas internas no hotel oferecendo pra ir ver cotas de resort sob alegação de ganhar um jantar, acho isso incoveniente e não se busca em um hotel, no geral sempre ótimo estar na rede Sky.

Acomodação ruim e importunação

Já estivemos em Gramado por 4 vezes; mas em nenhuma delas tivemos uma experiência ruim; desta vez o hotel deixou muito a desejar, cama desconfortável, travesseiros tão finos que nem pareciam travesseiros. Além disso, o quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, aquecedor do banheiro estragado, além de muito barulhos nos corredores, a maioria das camareiras falando em alto tom e cantando pela manhã! Sem falar que fomos importunados por uma moça que estava captando pessoas para “assistir à uma palestra” sobre um novo resort que estão para construir; já sabemos por experiências anteriores que se trata de venda de frações do imóvel; não caímos e ela ainda ficou brava! Importante salientar que estas pessoas estão dentro dos hotéis e restaurantes espalhadas por toda Gramado, já que a panfletagem foi expressamente proibida na cidade! Farei uma reclamação junto ao site da prefeitura; pois se continuar assim, esta abordagem desrespeitosa e importuna, os turistas vão sumir da cidade, o que é uma pena, pois apreciamos demais! Grata!

Hotel bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos. Camas bem confortáveis. Café da manhã ótimo. Na parte da limpeza do quarto que não foram trocadas as tolhas, mas solicitamos para a portaria e em seguida foi uma funcionária para fazer a troca.

Bom hotel

Bom atendimento da equipe em geral, mas o hotel está precisando de uma reforma, tinha uma goteira no banheiro e molhou todo o piso, o piso do quarto está descascando e as toalhas são limpas mas muito velhas, tem um bom café da manhã e vale a pena para uma noite pois tem um valor bom na diária!!

Foi tudo tranquilo, cama confortável , cobertas e roupa de cama limpinhas e excelente café da manhã , boas opções de restaurantes próximos e uma farmácia ao lado do hotel . Gostamos muito !!! E onde é servido o café da manhã funciona como restaurante a noite para quem não quer sair do hotel .

Muito decepcionado.

Foi uma das piores acomodações que tive em Gramado, sendo que já fui mais de 15x para essa cidade. Chegamos no hotel já era 15:40 sendo que o chekin era a partir das 14:00 e ainda o quarto não estava liberado, precisou esperar mais uns 10 min, logo que chegamos fomos utilizar o chuveiro para um banho e a água quente não funcionou, somente após 1 hora, só fomos avisados quando fomos reclamar. As áreas comuns não tem climatização. Em época de frio como foi o caso o ar quente do ar condicionado além de barulhento não dava conta de esquentar. Porta do banheiro com marcas de mofado, piso e rodapé logo abaixo do ar condicionado no quarto com marcas de estufado por algo que molhou por muito tempo, pessoal que arruma os quartos são bem barulhentos logo cedo quando começam suas jornadas. Unica coisa que não tive de reclamar foi o bom café da manhã.

Uma experiência ruim, nesse frio ar condicionado não estava funcionado, trocou o quarto e depois o secador não não pegava direito, estava no meio do banho parou de sair água e ficou gelada voltava e parava. No café da manhã tinha duas máquinas de café sendo que uma ficava desligada formando fila para pegar café, isso é ruim pois tinha horários de passeios. Quando pegamos um hotel e para não ter problemas e sim paz e conforto

O aquecedor não funcionava bem, estava bastante frio e o quarto só tinha aquecedor do ar condicionado que não comportava o aquecimento do local. O chuveiro quente não funcionou pela manhã num dia em que o hotel estava lotado por ser dia dos namorados e devido ao frio tivemos que tomar banho gelado. Precisam melhorar muito em comparação aos demais hotéis da rede SKY
