This hotel needs better attention to rooms. Toilets don’t work properly, mattress and pillows are extremely old…Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice, too.

Equipe excelente, solicita, cafe da manha muito bom. Quarto com cortinas mofadas, dispenser de papel higienico do banheiro danificado, lixeira de banheiro sem tampa, piso no entorno da piscina deveria ser antiderrapante. Eu cai, minha filha caiu duas vezes e meu filho caiu uma vez. Ofurô sem pressao e outro com muita pressao. Diversos reparos estruturais devem ser realizados.

No dia da chegada, por volta da meia noite, solicitamos troca de quarto pois havia um barulho alto de motor, que ligava e desligava, atras da cabeceira da cama. No quarto que nos realocaram, a porta do box nao deslizava e conseguimos uma fresta pra entrar e sair. Frigobar não funcionava. Todos os dias após o almoço, por volta das 14:00 o quarto não havia sido limpo/arrumado. O hotel prioriza os aptos que receberão novos hóspedes, deixando os que já tem hóspedes para o final. No último dia de hospedagem arrumaram o quarto quase as 16:00 horas. Equipe pouco empática, diante das solicitações. Além disso, havia corretores abordando os hóspedes diariamente para venda de multi propriedades.

Foi tudo perfeito, o rapaz que nos atendeu na recepção foi super querido, simpático. A tv do quarto não estava funcionando direito a imagem bem ruim. O café da manhã tinha bastante variedades. Foi tudo bom, amo Gramado e adorei passar a noite aí.

Essa é a segunda vez que vamos nesse hotel, atendimento ótimo dos funcionários, café da manhã bem farto e boa qualidade. O banheiro do quarto que ficamos precisa de manutenção, quartos não são bem isolados, escuta todos os hóspedes chegando nos quartos, passando no corredor e banheiro dos vizinhos. Há, outras coisa, tem que pagar estacionamento R$30,00 + 10% por diária. Mas o pior de tudo, são as abordagens na saída do café da manhã, dos vendedores de passeios e cotas. Perguntei para um deles se não estava proíbido essas abordagens em Gramado e o cidadão falou que está proíbido só na rua, dentro das instalações dos hotéis, estão liberados.

Boa localização, café da manhã muito bom, ar condicionado funcionando bem e boa roupa de cama. O banheiro estava bem sujo, o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo e havia também caruncho no teto e no blackout da cortina.

Quarto precisa de uma reforma, móveis do banheiro já se desmanchando e equipamentos quebrados. o Primeiro quarto que fomos colocados estava com o ralo do banheiro entupido e alagou tudo. Travesseiros péssimos e cobertores antigos, a rinite do meu filho atacou e a coceira tb ao utilizar um deles. Café da manhã, atendimento e localização excelentes, opção de deixar o carro na rua já que é um local seguro. Quartos que ficam de frente para a avenida muito barulho.
