Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

O quarto estava impecável, a equipe precisa melhorar quanto à gentileza e também quanto à disponibilidade das informações, por exemplo houve mudança na apresentação musical do sábado e não havia informação clara sobre isso. O resort tinha alguns adereços remetendo ao carnaval, mas nenhuma programação referente a isso; é necessário número mairo de pessoas atendendo em horários críticos, como garçons na janta e pessoas no checkout para a entrega dos carros.

Desencanto. Essa é a palavra que define a minha estadia no Buonna Vitta. Reservei o hotel devido às propagandas nas redes sociais e fui com grande expectativa porém quando cheguei lá vi que não era nada demais! Um hotel comum, nada de excepcional. Na verdade, foi bem frustrante porque pagamos muito caro na reserva e o hotel não traz o retorno à altura do que foi investido. A localização é ruim, distante do centro de gramado, obrigando o hóspede a depender de carro ou transporte por aplicativo. O hotel se diz 5 estrelas porém não é o que parece. O colchão é Herval, colchão popular, nada compatível com um hotel de luxo 5 estrelas. Esperava uma cama melhor. Travesseiros são ruins, desconfortáveis, minha mãe acordava todo dia com dor na cervical. A roupa de cama é boa e macia. Os quartos não tem opção de 2 camas de solteiro, apenas cama casal queen, fato que achei desagradável. Ou seja, são quartos mais adequados para quem viaja em casal e com filhos pequenos (que usam o sofá cama). Pra quem for viajar com amigos ou mãe/filho, terão que dividir a mesma cama de casal, já que não dá pra dormir em camas separadas. A justificativa da recepção foi de que o quarto conta com um sofá cama mas ressalto que o colchão do sofá cama é finíssimo, pode-se dizer que é mais como um colchonete, desconfortável demais para um adulto dormir. Ou seja, vc paga caro pra dormir num colchonete de tão fino ? Não tem lógica isso. Quanto à limpeza, deixou a desejar tbm. O hotel é muito grande, vc anda muito

O Hotel tem quartos amplos e confortáveis, porém pela grandeza deixa a desejar em alguns aspectos: não tem room service 24h, restaurantes e bar fecham muito cedo, poucas opções de lazer. Se você vai passear pela cidade, o Hotel é apenas uma boa opção para dormir. Observação importante: se for beber ou comer algo no Hotel, prepare a carteira, os preços são exorbitantes.
