Everyone and everything was absolutely perfect. From the warm greeting, to the breakfast staff remembering our names from our last visit in July. And the attention to detail in the cleaning of our room was incredible. We will definitely stay again and look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

Reviews don’t lie. This hotel lived up to all the hype. I’ve stayed in many “top” hotels around the world but this one had, by far, the best service I’ve ever experienced. It was like having your own personal team of butlers at your service. Beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms

Our stay was great!! All perfect and the staff was incredibly efficient, always a step ahead. One of the best services I ever got on a hotel. I hope they always keep this great level of hospitality and service. Can’t wait to come back to Gramado and stay there again!

This will be my first review. After having stayed at the Pulitzer in Amsterdam, and 5 star hotels in Paris, I always aim to get the same experience while traveling Brasil. This hotel is cute, service is by far the best i have ever had anywhere in the world, it feels like you have the whole hotel to your self. Pool area, spa and Gym is fully loaded and amazing, you can reserve these amenities to your self. We did not want to leave, the staff is like family and always there to take care of you. The rooms are amazing, there is nothing negative to say about this place.

Passamos um final de semana maravilhoso no Valle D'Incanto. Instalações impecáveis e refeições sensacionais. O preparo e o cuidado com as refeições fizeram do café da manhã, e do chá da tarde, experiências repletas de sabor e carinho. Mas o grande diferencial foram a atenção e simpatia da equipe de Incantadores que fizeram de nossa viagem uma celebração realmente inesquecível. A equipe toda merece nosso reconhecimento e agradecimento. Difícil vai ser voltar a Gramado e ficar em outro hotel sem lembrar da qualidade e dos momentos que vivenciamos no Vale D'Incanto.

Esse hotel é simplesmente fantástico! Desde a chegada, o atendimento do staff, o cuidado com os hóspedes é diferenciado. O quarto é perfeito, eles servem um café da tarde delicioso, assim como o café da manhã. Piscina e academia são incríveis. A infraestrutura desse hotel é perfeita, mas reitero que o maior destaque é o atendimento da equipe, eles tem um cuidado com o cliente que supera todas as expectativas. Recomendo de olhos fechados

O hotel perfeito para quem quer se sentir especial. Desde o pessoal da recepção ao café, passando pela limpeza e serviços gerais. Equipe extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, nos faz sentirmos únicos. O café da manhã é sensacional, servindo desde espumante até ovos beneditinos finalizados na hora com azeite de limão siciliano. O spa, impecável: as meninas foram extremante simpáticas e a massagem foi incrível. O quarto, com amenidades L'occitane, chá ao final da noite com chocolates e arrumação perfeita. Minha 4vez lá e já programando a quinta. Amo demais estar aqui. Não pense duas vezes antes de reservar. Moacir, Cleber e Marli do café da manhã fazem toda a diferença. Michele (salvo engano) da recepção, impecável. Estadia perfeita.
