Hotel muito agradável o quarto que ficamos foi para família com 4 camas, silencioso, excelente atendimento, café da manhã muito gostoso em especial o bolo de amendoim e a música nos finais de semana. Cama confortável e ar funcionando perfeitamente, a única coisa que tenho a dizer para melhorar é um pequeno vazamento no banheiro mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a nossa estadia e o barulho da geladeira que me incomodou um pouco mas desligamos a noite e tudo bem Adoramos e recomendamos, obrigada pela gentileza dos atendentes que são muito educados e solícitos.

Não vale a pena

Hotel razoável. Vale se for para ficar somente uma noite, diante dos preços absurdos de Gramado. Limpeza deixou a desejar, trinco da porta do banheiro quebrado e chuveiro que não temperava a temperatura da água direito (ficava muito quente ou muito feio). Café da manhã com algumas frutas que pareciam estar quase no ponto de estragar e muita desorganização, com pratos, copos e talheres faltando o tempo inteiro. Além disso, com alguém tocando violão alto em pleno café (o artista era bom, mas diante de todo o barulho e a confusão, é totalmente dispensável).

Aquecimento do quarto insuficiente

Receptivo foi muito positivo porém, em uma cidade historicamente fria, a estadia em um quarto com equipamento de ar condicionado sem a opção "inverno" e um sistema de calefação insuficiente para uma noite próxima de zero grau, tornaram a noite uma experiência horrível, pela baixa temperatura dentro do próprio quarto (quarto 222). Infelizmente o que se espera em uma cidade como Gramado é um quarto quente, um bom chuveiro e uma boa cama.....infelizmente dormir com a sensação de estar na rua, não foi nem um pouco positivo.
