Um excelente hotel bem localizado no centro de gramado. Limpeza ok. O único problema é que a cama que nos oferecerem não foi no padrão do hotel, dormimos mal, colhão horrível. Obs: os atendentes são anti_práticos. Parecem que trabalham infelizes... Precisam melhorar muito no atendimento ao cliente. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Ficamos na suite superior, entre dois adultos e uma criança, e o quarto é excelente. Todo reformado, com calefação e ar condicionado. Cama de casal king é muito confortável. Decoração de muito bom gosto. O hotel conta com spa, saunas e piscina térmica e tem uma localização fantástica. Além de ter estacionamento.

Tradições mantém esse hotel cheio de glamour

O hotel apesar de ser muito antigo, mantém a história dos seus fundadores mantendo a tradição, funcionários bem uniformizados, uma lareira ao som de piano a noite pra aquecer o corpo e a alma fizeram toda diferença antes de ir dormir.

Excelente localização!

Foi uma estadia muito confortável, quarto e banheiro com temperatura incrivelmente agradáveis, apesar dos termômetros lá fora marcarem quase zero graus! A localização é fantástica! Pertinho de tudo no centro! O que decepcionou foi o Wi-Fi, praticamente inexistente!

O hotel conta com uma boa estrutura e conforto. Passamos por dias frios em Gramado e dentro do hotel sempre estava agradável. O quarto era bem confortável, a calefação e o chuveiro a gás fizeram total diferença. A piscina é muito gostosa, com água quentinha, e a área da lareira muito aconchegante. A localização do hotel é maravilhosa e fica perto das principais atrações do centro da cidade. A única coisa que pesou mais na minha avaliação foi o atendimento. Na hora do check-in estávamos com algumas malas e ninguém se disponibilizou a auxiliar, diferente da família que foi atendida depois de nós. No check-out foi a mesma coisa. Vimos funcionários auxiliando outras pessoas a colocar no porta malas e na nossa vez nem deixaram o nosso carro na porta. Não sei se acharam que tínhamos cara de pessoas mais simples, mas enfim, não foi algo que atrapalhou nossa viagem.

Chegamos à noite em função das condições do tempo, avisei que atrasaríamos, ao chegar recebi o penúltimo quarto do hotel, visivelmente fomos trocados de quarto, a etiqueta foi sobreposta a outra, temos 59 e 66 anos, pegar elevador até o segundo andar e depois subir para o terceiro via escada ou um elevador de tubo individual... depois ir até o final do corredor, penúltimo quarto...
