A experiência foi boa, a sensação era de uma casa com atendentes atenciosos, a localidade era ótima andávamos a pé pelo centro de gramado. Entretanto, tinha o cachorro da vizinha que ficava preso e latia a tarde inteira 😥

Pousada Jasmim

Ambiente agradável, atendimento muito bom, porém vale informar que o quarto ê pequeno. Área interna do quarto limitado para circulação. Sugiro colocar uma mesa de cabeceira ao lado da cama em ambos os lados e nao apenas em um lado. Falta de tomada ou tomada mal posicionada para recarregar aparelhos eletronicos e devido a falta de cabeceira o celular tem que ficar sobre a cama... um perigo deixar sobre a cama, mas era a unica opção. Sobre o café, todos gostam de saber como é: de muito bom para ótimo. Localização nota 10. A cinco minutos da avenida principal de Gramado. No contexto geral muito boa a pousada... Recomendo uma parada no local.

Melhor pousada de Gramado

A pousada Jasmim superou e muito a minha expectativa. É muito charmosa, limpa, confortável, os funcionários são maravilhoso e prestativos. Fui recepcionada pelo Anderson assim que cheguei na pousada, e me passou todas as dicas de passeios e lugares para comer. A pousada é familiar...conheci a Sra Adeli, dona da pousada, muito simpática e prestativa. O café da manhã é melhor que muito a hotéis, com frutas, pães variados, salgados, bolos, geléias, sucos, ovos e etc... Sem contar que além da pousada ser muito charmosa, conta tb com um ambiente muito agradável. E o melhor, fica perto de tudo, localização perfeita, fizemos praticamente tudo andando. Pertinho do Centro, do mini mundo etc.. Enfim, tudo perfeito em minha estadia. Super recomendo! Voltarei mais vezes. Obrigada Pousada Jasmim por nos acolher tão bem.

Paid hotel 3 months ago but no room available

We arrived at pousada jasmim with confirmed and paid for reservations since 3 months ago. They told us there was no room available and told us to go to a different hotel. I heard of overbooking for an airline but never knew this was possible in a hotel. We asked to speak to a manager and this was not possible as we didn't agree with an alternative offered 1km further out of the centre. We asked if we could call hotels.com but they refused. To make matters worse we than had to make a very expensive international call to hotels.com and found out pousada jasmim had lied to them and said we accepted to be relocated to another hotel. Clearly this was not the case. Luckily hotels.com had a good customer service and offered us an alternative and a credit for a next booking. My advice would be to never book with pousada jasmim if you don't want to risk sleeping on the street, and terrible customer service!

Pousada Maravilhosa , e bem localizada !!!

SENSACIONAL ESTÁ É A PALAVRA QUE BEM RETRATA A NOSSA ESTADA. Pousada super bem localizada , limpa , Wi-Fi funciona perfeitamente, e o melhor acolhimento total por toda a equipe do funcionário mais humilde até o gerente. Voltaremos certamente. Já viajamos bastante no Brasil e fora e este atendimento foi dos melhores que tivemos. Indicamos a todas e todos !!! Gramado é arrebatadora !!!

Ótima localização

A pousada era bem simples, porém com ótima localização, funcionários muito prestativos e limpeza do quarto muito boa! Recomendo para quem quer ficar próximo ao centro de Gramado e não pagar muito caro. Possui também um café da manhã que nos agradou bastante!

Estive em Março/2014, a dica é ótima para quem quer um preço razoável e simplicidade. Somente tenha o cuidado de não ficar no andar inferior. Pois, o teto é de madeira e não tem acústica nenhuma ouve-se tudo, também fica ao lado da escada caracol, o barulho incomoda bastante ... Mas no geral valeu a pena o pessoal é muito cordial.

Otimo custo x beneficio

Não ficamos na Pousada Jasmim, pois na baixa temporada ele desativam a pousada e concentram na Pousada Tango, que fica 1 km mais afastado do centro em relação a Pousada Jasmim, mas pertencem ao mesmo dono. A limpeza, qualidade dos quartos atendem plenamente ao exigido para uma Pousada (Bed&Breakfast). O atendimento é atencioso e a localização que equilibra bem não estar muito próximo do centro a ponto de perder-se o sossego e não muito longe dos principais restaurantes (dá para ir andando para o centro, se voce não for preguiçoso, rs...). Wi-fi não funcionou direito.

Aconchegante e Confortável

Bastante aconchegante, com serviço simples porem eficiente. Para a qualificação de três estrelas é bem satisfatório. Café da manha simples, porem caprichado. Apenas desconfortável na acústica dos quartos e no aquecedor que deixou a desejar. Em geral, saldo positivo.
