El hotel en excelentes condiciones, todo se notaba nuevo. Quarto confortable buen baño servicio de vale parking y los atendentes muy bien preparados y super atenciosos. Mencion especial para Rodrigo que nos atendio y dio dio las bienvenidas al hotel. Desayuno bien variado y de buena calidad. Ojala se mantenga el precio y la calidad.porque no hay tantas opciones de hoteles en Gramado con este nivel de atencion y calidad de las intalaciones. Volveremos.
