Gostamos das áreas em comum, os quartos tbm são muito bons. Fomos em 13 famílias e todas reclamaram da mesma coisa: o calor do quarto. Chamamos a manutenção e nos explicaram que o hotel tem uma máquina para cada 30 apartamentos. E a máquina obedece a maioria. Nosso quarto marcava 26 graus e nós tivemos que dormir de janela aberta pois era insuportável o calor. Detalhe: isso aconteceu com as 13 famílias e por esse motivo, eu não retorno

Bom hotel e serviços

Estadia muito boa, o hotel é bom. Café da manhã bom, quarto bom. Fatores que incomodaram mas não estragaram a estada foram: há uma tentativa de vender cotas para hóspedes no check-in e na saída do café, há um certo cheiro de cloro no ambiente devido à piscina (que poderia ser um pouco mais quente em dias mais frios) e a pressão da água fria na torneira. Apesar desses detalhes, foi tudo muito positivo no geral

Particularmente não gostei para o que se cobra! Minha 10 vez em Gramado e sempre gosto de experimentar lugares inclusive de hospedagem diferentes. Pontos que me chamaram atenção: Água demora bastante para esquentar, café da manhã estilo bandejão.

Realmente uma experiência muito boa. Talvez precise revisar os colchões das camas de casal e o Maitre do Lobby. Precisa de uniforme adequado. E ainda o fornecedor de carne, pedimos um bife ancho e estava duro e não perguntaram o ponto da carne. Servindo a mesma bem passada. Mas de modo geral ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Hotéis incrível, muito lindo, o quarto muito aconchegante, só não gostamos muito do sofá cama (minha filha ficou com as costas doendo) fora isso tudo perfeito , tive uma assistência onde nunca tive em outro hotel , acabei passando mal em um dia da viagem e eles foram muito solícitos e me deram uma assistência extraordinária. Amei , indico d++ e voltaria mil vezes .

Boa opção longe da muvuca

Boa opção para quem não que ficar na confusão do centro, mas a poucos minutos de carro das principais atrações (o hotel inclusive disponibiliza transporte gratuito, em horários específicos, para os centros de Gramado e Canela, mediante agendamento). Próximo, existem muitos restaurantes bons e algumas atrações também. Hotel limpo, confortável, com bom espaço kids e sala de jogos e piscina interna aquecida. Os únicos poréns foram o café da manhã (achamos fraco: os pães endurecidos, as vezes demoravam a repor o que acabava e pelo fato de termos ido em alta temporada, por volta de 10h ficava bem caótico, sem mesas disponíveis, demorando o preparo dos itens que eram preparados na hora, etc.) e o sistema de estacionamento (é valet, você entrega e pega a chave próximo à recepção e às vezes demorava para trazerem o carro por conta da quantidade de pessoas aguardando).

Boa experiência

Tivemos uma estadia agradável, tudo estava bem limpo e confortável. O café da manhã era muito bom e com bastante variedade. Um ponto que nos desanimou foi a questão infantil, já que tem pouco recurso para crianças (isso que o hotel estava cheio de famílias e crianças)mas, no único dia que tinha “recreação” e ficamos animados para curtir um tempo “em casal” fomos decepcionados pois havia apenas 1 monitora, que ficava olhando no celular e não interagia com as crianças, muito menos tinha responsabilidade para “cuidar” delas. Encontrei meu filho brincando com uma outra mãe e filha, sem assistência nenhuma. Não nos sentimos confiantes em deixar nossos filhos com ela lá no salão de jogos. Outro ponto a melhorar é a academia. O hotel é grande e a academia super limitada, haviam apenas 2 esteiras funcionando, muito calor lá dentro e poucos aparelhos. O spa dentro do hotel tem uma massagista incrível chamada Ana é super vale a pena ;) é diferenciada mesmo.

Excelente estadia ,mas podem melhorar

Complexo de lazer(piscina aquecida e jacuzzis)excelentes. Poderiam melhora o conforto do colchão (muito duro)e dos travesseiros. No café da manhã se vc chegar um pouco mais tarde ,após as 09:30 já não encontra algumas coisas para comer.Poderiam também ter além da variedade de bolos ,opções mais saudáveis.

Hospedagem razoável

Razoável, a estrutura do hotel é muito completa, mas é necessário dispor de mais opções no café da manhã para que estadias mais longas tornem-se mais agradáveis. Também sugiro que informações sejam orientadas no check in, como o serviço de translado para canela e gramado que fazem parte da cortesia da hospedagem.
