Hotel sujo, mal construído e muito mal organizado

Toda estrutura material do hotel é de quinta categoria de qualidade. Dois anos que inaugurou e parece que tem 20. Tudo muito sujo, com aspecto improvisado, o salão do restaurante na verdade é o próprio hall de entrada e a comida é servida ao lado dos elevadores, com circulação de gente até com malas. Detalhes de acabamento estragados, caindo, sujos. Construído entre dois prédios e à frente de um morro, praticamente não bate sol em lugar nenhum! A umidade era tanta que, literalmente, pingava água das gotas de chocolate do acabamento do teto que parecia que ia cair em cima da gente, de tão encharcado de umidade. Ficamos literalmente com medo! Além disso o ar-condicionado não funcionou e passamos frio. Equipe muito atrapalhada no check-in. Fizemos uma pré aquisição de um pacote de doces com pelúcia que seria uma surpresa para as crianças no quarto, mas foi colocado sem a pelúcia, que era o principal item da surpresa! Nossa criança esperava isso e pelas camas escondidas que não estavam escondidas! Chegamos e já estavam colocadas abertas e postas. Ela chorou muito e quis ir embora por essa dupla decepção, terrível! Detalhe que com 7 anos ela mesmo qualificou como HOTEL SUJO! Espaço kids minúsculo… enfim péssimo. Café da manhã bagunçado, ruim, sem organização nenhuma de nada. Pessoas perdidas esperando de pé as mesa sujas sem ninguém para limpar. PocketShow sem graça e o saguão cheio de propagandistas invasivos. Pesadelo!

É uma boa possibilidade para quem tem criança pequena. Mas não gostei: - Mesmo não querendo, atendente me encheu a paciencia pra ir “conhecer“ o hotel, quando chegamos era time share, baita climão, porque quando ficou claro, pedi pra voltar, so queria ir pro meu quarto. E quem ficou de ruim? Eu - Tive que pedir toalha nos dois dias, porque não acertavam que tinha 3 pessoas no quarto - Cafe da manhã perfeito na confeitaria mas fraco nos salgados, fritos inclusive frios.ovo ponche fora do ponto e cheio de agua com vinagre - Não adicionaram papel higiênico nas arrumações - Cobraram estacionamento em um local que era desnecessário. - A estrutura é como se fosse um predio de apartamentos, nas fotos parecia que tinha terreno amplo para aproveitar. - Poucas opções para entretenimento

Para quem gosta de doces

Essa foi a nossa segunda vez hospedados aqui. A primeira, em 2023, durante o soft opening, nos agradou mais — o ambiente era mais calmo, com menos hóspedes, e o café da manhã oferecia tapioca feita na hora, o que deu um toque especial à experiência. Desta vez, apesar de o hotel estar mais movimentado, a estadia ainda foi muito boa. O lugar continua bonito, o atendimento segue atencioso e o café da manhã continua excelente, especialmente para quem gosta de doces. A piscina é boa, embora em alguns dias a água estivesse um pouco fria. O hotel e o hall seguem muito bonitos, com uma decoração que chama atenção. No entanto, o simulador de F1 instalado no hall destoou um pouco do clima do lugar — ficou meio fora de contexto. Alguns pequenos reparos de manutenção são necessários, e o valor cobrado pelo estacionamento está acima do ideal. No geral, ainda é uma ótima opção de hospedagem.
