"This will be my first review. After having stayed at the Pulitzer in Amsterdam, and 5 star hotels in Paris, I always aim to get the same experience while traveling Brasil. This hotel is cute, service is by far the best i have ever had anywhere in the world, it feels like you have the whole hotel to your self. Pool area, spa and Gym is fully loaded and amazing, you can reserve these amenities to your self. We did not want to leave, the staff is like family and always there to take care of you....

"The location of the Pousada is very good. You can walk from the Pousada to the main points of Gramado . The staff are polite. Breakfast is ok, but the area is very small with only 4 tables. The bedroom I was in was under the first floor which I didn't know about and did not like it. The last day of our stay there was no water and we were not able to take a shower or brush our teeth. The receptionist told us it was a problem in the city, but I spoke to other people that were in another...
