Ambiente verde, muito bem arborizado, ideal para descansar. Fiquei no quarto com a cama King size, que era bem confortável. Jantar e café da manhã maravilhosos. A equipe é muito atenciosa e educada, tanto na recepção, quanto no restaurante. Vale a pena fazer a massagem relaxante, profissional Geise muito atenciosa e educada. Com certeza retornarei.

Ótimo hotel. Fica em uma área verde espetacular! Muito linda e agradável. Poucos min de carro do centro de nova Petrópolis. Piscina térmica com linda vista do Vale. The location? Perfect. Breakfast? Amazing! And the staff were just the sweetest. But, and there's always a but, they charged me for the water in the room. They put it out with chocolates, like it was a little treat, but nope, it was on the bill. It wasn't about the money. it's worth noting, As many hotels include water as a complimentary service. Otherwise, a highly recommended stay!

Hotel em meio a natureza, rodeado de jardins e árvores nativas da Serra. Para descansar e relaxar. Academia, piscinas internas (térmica) e externa, grandes áreas de descanso em meio a natureza. Quartos amplos e ótimo banheiro. Tudo limpo e funcionando. Atendimento maravilhoso, quase exclusivo, da recepção aos meninos do restaurante. Experiência maravilhosa

O hotel é maravilhoso. Localizado em um terreno de muito verde e com uma vista incrível, é perfeito para uma escapadinha de final de semana ou até mesmo para uma estadia mais longa. O café da manhã é impecável e o restaurante serve pratos muito bons a um preço justo. Quarto confortável e super limpo, assim como as demais dependências do hotel. Nada a reclamar.
