「The room we had was on the top floor with no lift which was a bit hard with two little kids and luggage. The door wouldn’t close properly without slamming it. The shower gel was empty in the room. The room was dated and the windows were stiff to open and close. The breakfast was pretty good with a good range and the information for the room was okay. 「Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes.
Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room.
Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check...

We were a little chilly as there isn't an in room temp control that we could find, but all the more reason to snuggle. Electric tea kettle was nice touch. Restaurant closed before we arrived but the bar...
