"Good location, close to transit, many options for shopping, restaurants nearby. Room was small, but has modern style and lots of storage. Large tv. Cramped toilet/shower area if you are not a thin person. Shower floor was slippery, I stood on a towel to get some traction. Check-in and rooms are on the second floor, and there is no elevator. My room was close to the heavy entrance door, which slams loudly. Other rooms further away wouldn't hear it as much. Despite the shortcomings would stay again."

"This property is at best "average". Location, however, is excellent. Staff are very attentive. Unfortunately, the actual hotel and rooms / lobby etc., all feel quite industrial. "

"Wonderful boutique hotel in downtown Toronto. Two blocks from Union Station and CN Tower. Loved the hotel’s “vibe” and how they promote Canadian artists and authors. "

"The property is great! There are shops nearby, you can walk or take the tram into the center or any areas of Toronto. The Staple Center, the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium, Rogers Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame and Harbour Front Centre are all in walking distance. The only reason I am giving the amenities a 3 out of 5 is because there was no restaurant in the hotel and no room service. You had to go out to get food. Otherwise, a great hotel. I would book again!"
