「PROS: location in one of the most remarkable hood of Lisbon, nearby restaurants, a miradour and one of the trams pases just in the sidewalk. Nice facilities, boutique-like hotel, very attentive personnel. CONS: small rooms, although functional, with a terrace (which is not bad at all). Definitely would recommend it.」

「非常好的住宿體驗，在進到房間之後發現沒有浴缸後，我提出希望住在有浴缸的房型，服務人員很快速的幫我處理，並帶我們看了兩個房間來做選擇，最後我選了一間帶浴缸且有小陽台的房間，房間寬敞能輕鬆把行李箱打開，早上還可以打開陽台享受里斯本早晨的空氣與街景。 每天晚上五點前清潔人員會把房間收拾乾淨 ，床柔軟舒適我住在這裡的四個晚上躺到床上都一下子就睡着了，住宿早餐提供的卡布奇諾很好喝，第二天吃到蛋塔讓我印象深刻，服務人員熱情又有禮貌，若有機會再來訪，我一樣會選擇這間飯店！」

「Within walking distance from metro Interdente station and good morning walk of 20 minutes to Hard Rock Cafe (day tour meeting point). We had dinner on the first day but really not enjoyed. Good breakfast though. Bath ropes were provided on the day of check in. As we stayed for seven days, we asked for replacement after two days. But to our disappointment, we were told that it was out of stock . 」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball.
