Don’t stay here.

Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY the same. Eggs, bacon, bread, cake, cereal, fruit, coffee and milk from the mug, juice, yogurt. Room so small you wait for the other person to pass. One good thing about this room is the hairdryer is nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was the perfect location to many historical sites and shopping. The rooms were nicely decorated and the views from the balcony in the room was like something from a story book,

The room was really clean, beds were made everyday whilst we were out as well as given fresh mugs for tea everyday, replacing the spare toilet paper when needed, given fresh towels mid week all without even having to ask. Staff were amazing, extremely welcoming and happy to give great recommendations. Location is perfect, minutes walk away from metro, train station, Alfama, major attractions, the centre, shopping etc. Breakfast was basic but fresh with good options. Overall, great experience, everything you need and highly recommend!

The outside terrace was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful . Mario deserves extra credit for his hospitality and going out of his way to help us with directions and our breakfast offering. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and although the drop coffee ran out Mario kindly made us a couple of cappuccinos. Our only issue was noise from pipes and upstairs that sounded like someone was pressure washing. We were notified at the front deal that it was an issue with tenants in the building.

Lovely cosy boutique hotel. The rooms and common areas were clean and well stocked. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, transportation and tourist attractions, with a very handy that a supermarket was close by. The breakfast was really nice, the choice was small but good quality. Really enjoyed my 3 nights stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Esqina Cosmopolitan Lodge. The location is perfect — just about a 10-minute walk to the main attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Check-in went smoothly, and they even allowed us to leave our luggage before the room was ready, which we really appreciated. We were also able to check in a little earlier than expected. The rooms were spotless — everything was clean, polished, and very well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful in a simple, elegant way. It has a relaxed, stylish atmosphere that feels both modern and welcoming. Another great feature is the bar, which is open all the time, along with a cozy cafeteria area that included room services. It was very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel was great. Rooms were clea, staff was nice, location is very convenient. The only negative aspect was that I received two emails asking whether our trip to Lisbon was for a special occasion and whether we'd like any recommendations (e.g. restaurants). I replied that it was a trip for our 10th anniversary and that we would love a recommendation for a good restaurant, but we never received any reply to my email. I thought that was very sad, especially since they had ASKED US about these things first.
