The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will always greet you when you arrive and depart. The rooms are spacious enough, and the hotel's location makes it easy to walk around for shopping, dining, and utilizing the train station, which is a 15-minute walk away.

Well worth the stay, especially if you’re going to do some hiking around Fujisan. The staff was very helpful, especially for us English-speaking guests. Would definitely stay there again!

All good, definitely recommended!

Nice and clean, good breakfast with beautiful view over Mount Fuji. Good service, always welcoming. 8 minutes walk from the train station or 5 from the Bus station to Shinjuku. Definitely recommended.

Hotel is about 15min walk away from Gotemba station, and pretty convenient overall. You get a pretty good view of Mt Fuji right outside the hotel, weather permitting. Hotel is near a 7-11, Uniqlo, AEON and Daiso, making it easy to get necessities. Food options are walkable around! Overall pretty good and quiet place around Mt Fuji.

The toilet is relatively tiny. But there is a free public bath which is great and value added. Free parking in open area. Lots of restaurant choices in a few minutes drive. We enjoy the stay overall.

I stayed there twice while in Japan. On the second visit I traveled with my Uncle who is wheelchair bound. The staff was exceptional and ensured that we had the accessable room.The staff was very kind and professional and most accomodating. Breakfast was delightful and the view of Mt. Fuji was a lovely bonus.

We only stayed one night here, but it was very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Complimentary noodles in the evening and great amenities. Room is very clean and comfortable. The only thing was that we have a family of 4 and had to book 2 rooms so it was inconvenient for accessing our luggage since it was packed together. Overall, we would recommend and stay again if in the area.

Perfectly pleasant little hotel

15 min walk from train station. Taxi service is very sparse, so might be a chore if you have a lot of luggage. Rooms are small but clean. Onsen bath is a nice touch, especially because the in-room bathrooms are so small. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is very basic but serviceable.

Great spot for all round base in Mount Fuji Area

Stayed at this hotel back in April and it was great..this time though only one issue, this morning I missed breakfast as it ended as 9am and I hadn’t realised. Not an issue as such but tired to get some milk to take to my room but they said No and then in my room whislt I had a kettle and mugs, there was no coffee/tea or any utensils to make my own coffee…ended up going to 7-11..a little frustrating…a bowl of milk and some coffee could t have been that difficult to muster from the kitchen

Good for an overnight stay

We stayed here on our drive back into Tokyo, and the location was super convenient—right off the freeway. The staff was really friendly and even offered a complimentary drink and treat when we checked in. I didn’t get a chance to use the onsen, but I really wish I had. They provide lots of complimentary toiletries and Samue loungewear, which should only be worn in the room. We used their washer and dryer to clean some clothes, but after two rounds in the dryer, they were still quite damp. The washer comes with soap, but the clothes didn’t smell very clean, and some still looked a little dirty. That said, it helped us get enough clean clothes for the rest of our trip. I wouldn’t really recommend the breakfast—it wasn’t very filling—but the price is low if you just need something quick. Overall, it was a good stop for the night. There’s easy parking on-site if you have a rental car. The shower and rooms are a bit small, but that’s pretty standard for many hotels like this. It was perfect for a good night's rest and pretty affordable.

Area was nice, hotel was great with amenities. The only small issue my family and i had was that we made a booking for 2 adults and 1 child but only 2 bath towels were provided and we had to pay for another extra towel which was not replaced the next day during room service (do i have to pay 200 yen daily??). Location was very centralised and near to the Premium Outlet location. Good place to stay if you are driving.
