「I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights.」

「Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. We also didn’t have any washing up soap or detergent for washing machine which we had last time, but perhaps amenities have changed. Really nice resort and staff, we would...

「Staff were incredibly friendly, especially the front desk who helped me spice a lost package and had it sent to the hotel. Breakfast was top notch and had an abundance of options. Amenities were also exceptional and there was always a chair by the pool to lounge. The sunset patio with the bar was also a great bonus. Incredible ocean views were unbelievable.」
