Absolutely amazing hotel. It’s steps from the beach and a cute little town. I would highly recommend a stay here as it was our favorite stop in our Portugal vacation this summer. Wonderful hotel, wonderful service, the best mixology drinks ever, and delicious restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at Epic Sana. The property is beautiful. One note is that we were surprised that to book sun beds on the beach costs 70 euros a day. I think understand charging some amount, but 70 euros seemed a bit much given that there is no bathroom or shower. Also, have a half day fair would be more beneficial as a few times we were told everything is booked while I saw sunbed available. Staff is nice, food is great. We had great vacation there.

Very much enjoyed the two fine dining options and poolside terrace for luchtime food and drinks. Room on 3rd floor at the back with terrace but slightly disappointed as the garden onto which the terrace looks was not maintained to a good standard compared with other areas. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay which is the second time we have visited this hotel.

I requested king size bed we got 2 twins put together very uncomfortable the bed linen were not for king size so you will get all this different sheets and blankets in a bid lump in the middle very very uncomfortable, but overall is a nice property and the staff was wonderful, free parking and valet parking

Gym staff were excellent, Poolside staff and breakfast staff were mostly really lovely and chatty, however there were some who were more interested in chatting amongst themselves, overly focused on their task rather than customer service and also not engaging with the holidaymakers much. The reception was unable to solve challenges to ensure comfortable sleeping, and while the hotel was kept clean the housekeeping were hit and miss (eg leaving room doors or patio doors open, not turning down beds regularly etc.). The gym facilities were sufficient although a bit tired, and the gym classes were very good as was the paddle tennis facility. It was a very mixed experience but overall we had a lovely holiday.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. We loved the breakfast, live music at night, the easy access to beach, and the beautiful landscaping of the hotel. Everything is thoughtfully designed. They even provide books by the pool in case you would like to read something.

Staff for very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options but their warm food were often a bit cold. Outdoor pool were very nice. I like that there is an adult pool and kids pool the restaurants inside the hotel where a bit too expensive but the buffet dinner was also good with good value of money. The beach was very nice but mind you the sunbeds were very expensive.

It was first time to be in Portugal but the experience was unforgettable moments in life . The food was good and the welcoming experience was amazing. Will be back soon with our children and also the area was very quite which will be ideal for taking a break from England.
