Comment peut-on laisser un tel hôtel ouvert ? Et comment Expedia a pu le mettre dans son catalogue ? Les chambres sont vétustes et très mal entretenues, les lits une catastrophe et le plus énervant : pas d’eau chaude, ce qui est complément inadmissible ! Quand au petit déjeuner, quelques croissants durs achetés chez Pingo Doce, du pain sec et du café qui n’a rien d’un café. Loin du petit déjeuner présenté en photos qui sont trompeuses, limite de l’escroquerie . Il n’y a que la vue qui est intéressante mais souvent on est à l’hôtel la nuit pour dormir donc on s’en fiche !

Le personnel est parfait, tant les femmes de ménage que les concierges . La piscine est petite. Le petit déjeuner servi de 8 h à 10h ne permet pas de faire une grasse matinée. La localisation et les environs de l’hôtel permettent de profiter de la ville. L’hôtel est à conseiller, c’est un très bon plan à Albufeira.

We booked through Expedia after 10pm and it said 24/7 service. We went to the property they denied us access saying it is passed check in hours. If that was the case why they let us book after check in hours? I contacted expedia they are trying to solve it but they said is up to hotel to refund, which is not answering. We had to go around the town to find available hotel in the middle of the night and had to pay double the price and loose so much time.

The management of the hotel should be removed. The staff seem to try, but overall the experience was poor. No one said good morning, or afternoon or evening. the Breakfast was extremely limited and barely edible. the cleaners were the best part of the hotel

Very run down hotel, although the rooms are clean enough. Room very basic, had to run round very small in need of magga update shower cubicle to get wet hardly any water flow. Continental breakfast very Continental hardly any choice. At the very top of albufeira old town so, very steep long walk back and very steep staircase to hotel. Moved after one night to much nicer hotel. Do not stay here.

I emailed the hotel 2 months prior to my staff to ask if my bike could be left safely. they responded yes. when It came to my stay they said no it wasn't their responsibility. The manager refused to leave his office to discuss it with me

I booked this hotel then read the review and panicked!i dont think they stayed in the same hotel as us!lovely lady on reception greeted us,room spotlessly clean,breakfast was an added bonus! The views must be some of the best in albufeira!lots of lovely areas to sunbathe too and nice pool. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, quiet with a walking distance to Albufeira old town and local beach. The view from my room to the beach was amazing. The hotel looks old but well maintained. The staff at reception were super helpful and attentive.

**BEWARE**. This hotel is located on a cliff and the only way into the reception desk at the hotel is down two flights of steep stairs. There is no elevator from the street level. Upon requesting assistance to enter the hotel with your luggage and your 85 year old mother, you are rudely told that there is NO ONE to help. This came from a male staff member located at the front desk. I explained that my mom is 85 years old and that the luggage was too heavy for me to bring down two steps of flights and again the man says WE CANT HELP YOU! If you are traveling with heavy luggage and a Senior citizen, you will have a hard time accessing the property. The staff was so rude! I contacted Expedia immediately for assistance and was told that they would send an email to the hotel manager to refund our stay. I proceeded to book another hotel (last minute) and had to pay for the time we would be in Albufeira. When I contacted Expedia for a status on our refund I was simply told that the hotel refused to refund us. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HOYEL & EXPEDIA for giving up so easily on one of their long time Expedia customers

É a terceira vez que eu fico no hotel, simplesmente tudo ok .A Ana da recepção maravilhosa como sempre atenciosa e simpática O café da manhã bom, quartos limpos e organizados. Piscina também .Não tenho nada para reclamar só elogios e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.
