「I would stay at the Hampton Inn in the future.」

「We had a wonderful stay. My ONLY complaint was the night time desk woman was very rude, however the person I spoke to in the morning more than made for het rude coworker. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was well made and a decent selection. I greatly enjoyed having coffee available 24 hrs a day. We will definitely be back.」

「Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.」

「The front garbage can at entrance was overflowing. I know this is due to people being too lazy to walk right inside but it did need to be addressed.」

「The bed was too high for someone with leg/hip issues. The room needed a high back comfortable chair with ottoman to sleep in if needed. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory. I especially appreciated the woman at the front desk who checked me in. She was always cheerful and helpful.」

「Very nice property. I only stayed long enough to sleep but the room and lobby were very clean and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. 」

「We stay here often when visiting family in Salisbury. Mitch @ the front desk recognizes us upon checking in, which was nice. The lady who does the breakfast is very nice. Breakfast has 2 types of omelette, bacon, turkey sausage, sausage and gravy, and a machine that makes pancakes, as well as juice, bread, fruit. Rooms overlooking the back of the property can be noisy bc of the interstate running behind it. Parking is free and the room itself is nice」

「Glass window was cracked. No pillows on the bed. The toilet was loose where it connected to the floor.」

「The room was clean. My King bed was soooo comfortable.Air conditioning was great. Parking was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「All staff I dealt with were great especially the two managers that were on duty. Renovations look decent but you can tell it’s cheaper furniture. Floors in the room were not very clean in some spots, and the top on the bed was dirty. Their “brand standard” breakfast is a major letdown, boring and not appetizing. You can tell the switch the a Comfort is making the hotel run down. You can tell they need some touch up maintenance in the rooms due to the renovation's. Stayed here about 2 years ago...
