「Location is perfect for the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Parking is horendous. The lift didn't work when we visited, which was not ideal for 4 people with health and mobility issues, we were on the 2nd floor. The staires are quite rickety and winding. There wasn't air conditioning, but they did provide a fan. Our toilet seat was broken, we did report it, but was told it was a bank holiday weekend so nothing could be done. 「Overall is above standard. The staff is nice and the room is clean. The hotel location is close to sightseeing spots and shopping mall. 」

「We booked The Relais Cooden beach via Expedia particularly for its location and spa facilities. We had booked the "Cosy double room" because that was all that was left. On arrival we tried to book spa treatments but there were no available bookings during our three night stay. This was disappointing as there was no mention on the Expedia website that you needed to book in advance. Apparently, guests who booked directly with the hotel enjoyed free use of the spa whereas booking through Expedia...

「My 5th time staying at Trading Boundaries. Always clean and the room has everything you could need. Grounds are lovely, especially nice to sit outside in the sun! Delicious continental breakfast and coffee in the morning. I’ll be back again soon!」
