"Hotel was good for what it is, a cheaper, budget type hotel. It was fairly modern and new, clean and lots of parking. It is located next to a busy road that youc an hear cars go by all the time depending where your room is. The room was decent size and fairly comfortable bed. The air situation left a little to be desired but it was okay. The hotel is a little far away from highways to Chicago if that matters to you. "You just can't beat this hotel for the value. It's not the newest or the fanciest, but it is the cheapest. We have never had a bad experience here; the bed is comfortable, it's quiet and the breakfast is pretty good. We like the swing shift clerk, Michele. There are many dining options close by. We really wouldn't stay anywhere else!"

The Whitehall Hotel, BW Premier Collection

"First time in Chicago and probably saw just one member who was happy and making an effort to connect with the guests. Everyone else at the property appeared sad and not enthusiastic to see people staying at their property. This was even at the checkout time. No one asked for satisfaction. The property itself was really nice but some fixtures need upgrading. Loved the experience of staying at the property though. Great location. "
