"they held my luggage even after i checked out and everyone was very polite and made sure to listen to what you needed help with as well as opening doors for you and greeting you consistently, they kept the room clean and the bed was extremely comfortable"

"The Congress Plaza Hotel was a great choice for location and price. The hotel itself is old. On the one hand, it is great because the lobby has high ceilings and detailed architecture. if it has gold elevators, etc. The rooms are small. However, I would definitely stay there again."
