Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff Booked because we were able to park our vehicle there while we on our cruise for a very reasonable price. The shuttle was on time and also picked us up from the airport on our return with a quick phone call.

The hotel was clean & tidy. All staff were helpful. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there were no drawers in the room to put things in. There were hangers & open shelves. But that’s just a personal preference.

The reception staff were warm, efficient, and made the check-in process seamless and welcoming, they evene helped me to set the internet connection on my pc, thanks Dana!. Throughout my stay, the staff service stood out for its professionalism and sincere hospitality; everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The accommodations were spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities that made me feel completely at home. The shuttle service was another highlight: punctual, clean, and operated by courteous drivers:special thanks to Sam for the great soccer conversation! I also want to personally commend Marie Romero for her warm, personal yet highly professional attitude, which added a special touch to my experience. As perfect as a visit as possible! Easy to check-in early. 24/7 coffee and hot tea available in lobby. Room was perfect. Clean. Comfy bed and pillows and nice top blanket. Plentiful outlets for charging electronics. Easy to access ice. Never a long wait for service at the front desk. “Tiffany’s” restaurant located in parking lot. I only wish I had known to request 10% discount. There is a small gas station across the street to allow a pick up of a beer or 2 to put in the refrigerator in the room. Low price for the beer. The courtesy shuttle bus ran EXACTLY on time. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Something for everyone-even picky me! Hot, quality coffee. Breakfast hours are open for a generous 4 hours. I was there for Des Plaines Theatre and it is a super convenient location. Easy to get a Lyft or Uber to the venue and back. I would love to return to this hotel again! Thank you!!!

This hotel is very good, I had a nice cosy room and the staff at the desk were very kind. This hotel was my last stop after a trip around a few US states, it was the perfect last place before flying home

The airport shuttle was easy to use and you can schedule pick up at the front desk. Breakfast was fresh and had good choices (eggs were hard boiled only). The hotel offers shampoo but not conditioner. The 3rd floor was incredibly noisy so it was impossible to get any decent sleep at all throughout the night even though the bed was comfortable.
