"Room was clean hotel was nice but housekeeping was terrible. One day my room wasn’t cleaned cause the housekeeper said she was going to lunch plus she had attitude. She never came back to clean room so we had no towels so I had to hunt down someone to find clean towels"

Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing. Whether you’re visiting Philadelphia for business or leisure, I highly recommend Motto by Hilton Philadelphia. "I hate to do this but haven’t stayed at a CC in a long time. And I had expected the quality to improve not degrade. The property unfortunately was old and unkept. I could tell it was cleaned but it’s the structure. The carpet is old and dingy and I had to buy socks to walk in it. I also had to buy a plug in freshener because the room had an old musty smell. The staff were all phenomenal. The facilities not so much. Wouldn’t stay again. I wasn’t expecting the four season but this feels like it’s just been left to rot away. I’d go so far as to say it needs a gut rehab."
