「The hotel is no wifi」

「Great hotel and staff, only downside was gym was small and in the basement. Although there was a bar by the pool (the only one outside) it closed at 7pm - it would be nice to be able to have a drink outside in the evening.」

「We had a fabulous experience overall! The rooms were super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff and servers in the restaurant were outstanding—friendly, professional, ready to help, and go the extra mile. The breakfast bar was amazing, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. As a bonus, the free shuttle to and from the airport made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!」

「The property was very clean and well maintained, and interspersed amongst apartment units of residents who live in Locorotondo. These properties are all configured differently as our friends were in a different unit and it was configured in a much better layout. The stairs in our unit were very steep and narrow, with a low bulkhead -my husband hit his head several times when coming down the steps. At the end of the hallway in our unit, was a full length mirror propped against the wall and...

「We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay so special!」

「The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The property has very extensive grounds and large pool . There is a pool bar which plays really loud music not pleasant or relaxing ! The sun beds are cheap and a lot of them are broken. There are two huge out of service water slides which dominate the garden around the pool . Really ugly ! The rooms are very dated and dark, the whole property needs a complete renovation/ refurbishment. Breakfast 5/10 . Dinner in the restaurant was very good and...

「The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance.」
