Perfect stay

Great stay. The hotel was in the perfect place to visit alberobello, Locorotondo and martina franca as the train/bus station was 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was brilliant with fresh fruit, pastries and eggs on offer. We loved the pool and the attentive lifeguard. Special thanks to Doriana on reception who was especially helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, close to the center of the town, just a 10 minute walk. Condition of the hotel is ok, pretty dated, can use upgrades inside and out. Breakfast was decent, limited options but nice to have it for convenience. Staff was nice. Free parking in front of the hotel. There is pool at the property, did not use it, can’t review.

The hotel is only 10/15 minute walk into the town centre. No issues with parking in front or the side of the hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy and you have free use of the safe in the room. Continental breakfast was fine. They will make you an omelette but they don’t advertise this anywhere. The pool area is well maintain and staff would bring out extra sun-beds on request. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again, well the answer would be yes.

Quite disappointed by our stay here, as I booked based on reviews. Our first night (1am) we were awoken by a waterfall streaming from our ceiling which got some of our belongings wet. The gentleman at the reception gratefully moved us to a new room, however did not follow up with anything else. The new rooms shower head attachment was broken which made for a very awkward shower. There was also a bit of mould and soap scum around the bathroom and on the shower hoses which showed that they weren’t overly attentive to their cleaning. The beds are two singles pushed together and were quite hard. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was reasonable and the location was within a good walking distance to the main attractions of the Alberobello.

This is a great hotel. Right near the Trulli tourist area. An easy walk. I especially appreciated the staff’s patience speaking slowly with me as my Italian was not as up to snuff as I had hoped.
