It's old, simple, but it's got everything you need. This was a fantastic value for a full week, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice & warm, and the rooms have a TV, microwave, and refrigerator. My only real issue is that the phone number provided seems to be disconnected. I don't know how to go about contacting the hotel about an item I may have left behind.

Easy stay

I wish there were more places like this: a cheap basic motel that is safe. The windows are new, so it is quiet. The on-site manager was very friendly.

Place was clean. Room 9A, air conditioner worked great but leaked on the floor. Shower temperature gadget needs to be repaired. Other than that, stay was fine and clean.

Went better than expected

Place was great and convenient stayed 8 nights. Bobby was a great help and staff was very friendly. fast food/taco trucks and restaurants/bar's were close by and walking distance overall a great stay will come back again!

The customer service team was great and super understanding and friendly. Had a fun time at the staying and they did not mind us checking out later than 11 AM. Overall the service was excellent, and the owners were nice, hotel was clean and the AC worked perfectly.

Clean room, great price!

Office staff was very friendly. Room was clean and price was cheap! The neighborhood was a little sketchy and the frontage road was very noisy along with the train close by. But overall, if you need a quick, NOT luxurious, clean and cheap room, this place is for you!

We had booked a room with 2 queen beds. On arriving at the property we were pleasantly surprised that it comprised of two connected rooms each with a queen bed. The young guy at the reception was very amicable and helpful.

The owners/hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-stocked. It was recently remodeled and has a microwave, refrigerator, and TV. The AC worked, and the showers were hot with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience at a great price. Thank you!

Smelled of kitty urine. Like a big litter box.

Its an old run down motel. Was picking up son from UCSC and we needed sleep before the long drive back. Should have just drove steaight back to LA. Our room smelled like cat urine masked with deodorizer. There was no masking the smell. Could barely sleep. Wound up being more tired than the day before. Next time will pay the extra money for a newer, cleaner hotel with amenities. Also that is cleaner!!

The outside looks a little in need but not horrible. The room was sufficient for 1 person but small. The only big complaint was the bed was very woobly and noisy even just shifting in bed. Was pleasantly pleased with how clean it was and no smells.

We stayed there for 2 nights and had no problem finding the motel or parking the car. The rooms were much bigger than shown in the pictures with more beds and additional rooms, and the staff was friendly. We booked 2 rooms and both were quite out fashioned with very little furniture other than the bed. Additionally especially the bathroom was very dirty with

The outside of the motel needs to be updated, and the area seemed unsafe. The staff was very courteous. The inside of the motel was clean and had some updates. The second bedroom had a very old carpet and the light from the wall had cut cables just sticking out of the wall. Seemed like a fire hazard. There was no bolt for the door, just the lock on the door knob. It had a cute little kitchenette and very nice remodeled bathroom. The price, though, was excellent.

The property seems to have zero concern about esthetics. Walls are paper thin and the bedding showed little sign of cleanliness. The door to the room could be open with a butter knife offering no sense of a safe sleep. TV was just for show. It turned on but that was it. The bed was about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. I walked without my shoes on for about 8 steps and the bottom of my feet were turned black. Honestly, they should pay people to spend the night there.
