"Property was amazing only downfall was there was kids running down the halls and someone kicked my door when I was putting my infant child to sleep other than that it was a great stay. Only advice is to tell parents to watch their kids and to teach them to be respectful."

"We had a really lovely stay overall. The property is beautiful and very clean, and we appreciated that most of the in-room amenities were complimentary. Our room had a great view of both the ocean and the pool, which made the experience even more relaxing. We would have liked to use the spa services but they were quite expensive for an already expensive nightly rate. Unfortunately, we did run into an issue with the smoke detector in our room. After a hot shower around 11 PM, it started going off. We called the front desk and were told someone would arrive in about 10 minutes, but it took closer to 30 minutes. The staff member who came wasn’t able to fix the problem and said they would return with replacement batteries, but no one came back. As a result, we didn’t get to sleep until around 1 AM. The alarm went off again multiple times around 11 AM the next morning. We ultimately had to rearrange furniture to reach the detector and silence it ourselves each time with risk of self-injury because the detector was very high up. The staff was apologetic, offered us a late checkout, and said they would refund the hotel fees for the inconvenience (though we have not yet received that refund two weeks later). Aside from this issue, the property itself was excellent. I would recommend confirming that room maintenance issues are fully resolved if something comes up during your stay. With better follow-through on service requests, this would have been a perfect visit."

"Room was at 75 degrees when entering at 9pm. An alarm clock was not provided. The only ice machine wa located at the far end of the building and was on the first floor only. The room did not have an adequate supply of electrical outlets and all were located in very inconvenient places."

"Beautiful views, super location, fun and funky decor, great restaurant, amazing staff who went above and beyond to add birthday treats to our room for my daughter. Add in a heated pool, hot tub, and happy hour - just perfect for a winter getaway. We loved it and will definitely be back."

"The rooms need a lot of help. The fact that they have pets allowed in the rooms, makes it feel dirty. They try to make it feel current and clean by having laminate floors, which in turn makes it feel old and dirty instead. The rooms are not cozy at all. The bed was comfortable, the staff was nice. The grounds are nice for families. "

"Yes we had a partial view ,the room was small,the bed took up most of the room. The shower area was gigantic,with no barrier for the water to drain. There eye no shelves to put bathroom supplies,the lighting was one big light with no lamps,there was a closet but a refrigerator took up up most of the room,no hooks to hang clothes,The parking situation was super crowded and only 2 spots for handicapped that were taken up by large buses and transport vehicles. I had to park in the EV electric car spot.The bathroom door squeaked every time and woke up my GF. The staff is sometimes there. They had no ice . "
