Pleasant surprise

For the price we paid we were very pleased with the motel. The rooms were clean. There were complimentary snacks and drinks inside. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Super easy check in. We only had one small issue the first night where we were woken by a female arguing with someone in either another room or nearby the motel but that wasn't the motels fault. We will stay again when we come back to Gilroy.

I made a last-minute reservations, and they had a perfectly clean room ready for me upon arrival. Check-in was fast and less than five minutes. When I entered the room, there was a surprise tray of snacks that included mints, bottled water, sodas, and chips complementary. I was really surprised by this rare. rarely, do you get anything free these days. The room, had the basic necessities, including a mini fridge, a microwave, clean bed linens, and extra towels. Overall, this was surprisingly good for a motel.

Cute little place off the beaten path. The rooms were decorated as though you were at home rather than the austere decor in most motels. The front desk was very nice and when my keycard didn’t work he gave me a new key and walked to my room to make sure it worked. He said sorry for the inconvenience. This is the most friendly customer service than I’ve seen in a long time.

I originally complained the bed was terrible, but it actually wasn't But the toilet rocked on the floor back-and-forth when you sat on it And the shower was crazy, small and scolding water But other than that, it was clean and inexpensive and did the job

This hotel is definitely a gem. It was clean, fresh paint outside, no homelessness on the outside. The outside has cameras and well lit up so you can see your cars which are parked just steps from your door. The staff here are friendly, attentive and even leave you free snacks upon your stay!! What stood out the most was the cleanliness, soon as we checked out, the housekeepers were in our room cleaning and the 12 unit single-level motels were well kept. Also let me mention the double head showers which sprays the right amount of heated/cold water .. you will not want to get out! They should consider changing the name to Monterey Inn, it's definitely a gem & some back units come with Kitchenettes. Thanks for a great stay!!

This was decent. It had a nice new clean mattress with plastic cover on it. I am so thankful for this. I slept well. The toilet worked but it was very loose. My husband who’s a plumber had to fix the leaky shower. The small little microwave did not work. We were unable to heat our food or even make a cup of hot water.

room was clean and comfortable. basic motel situation. heat, microwave, fridge, wifi, hot water all worked perfect. bathroom was tiny/cramped, but workable. busy road was out front (monterey rd), some road noise, but not terrible. good value, i'd stay again.

Not a bad motel. Insulation isn't very good but there are space heaters. Shower and toilet nook are tiny. Larger people might have quite a squeeze.
