"Room was ready early so we were able to check in and leave our bags before going out to the local gallery. Room was clean. Staff friendly although when I called down for some help with first aid supplies the staff member on reception wasn’t helpful, luckily Boots was still open but if it wasn’t we would have been a bit stuck.
