「A nuisance having to collect the key from another hotel rather than the Inn that's on the doorstep. Occupants moving about in the room above were very audible and disturbing our sleep late night. There seems no sound proofing in the floor」

The gym is excellent, the pool is nice and warm, though too crowded and may be a bit small for the hotel size plus club members plus lodges. Due to the beautiful location it is complicated to get around without a car. 」

「Great welcome by Alison , super room with a view to die for ! Lounge area by the log burner was perfect to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Evening dining was available which was fabulous and very high quality. Breakfast was also excellent made all the more special looking out to the view of the Loch . 「Overall, poor standard of accommodation for £140 per night. Cleanliness and maintenance standards were very low. Had to ask for a move of room as couldnt even open the windows in our room. 2nd room was marginally better, st least we could get some fresh air!」

「Hotel is very run down, we waited at the reception for a bit before being seen to! Hallway and stairs are in need of a good clean and paint! Very run down. Room was freezing, no heating on. Damp on windows and ceiling and that was supposed to be a refurbished room! Needless to say we didn’t stay and left straight away! Out of pocket. Light fitting in hall hanging down from ceiling (dangerous). Hallway hadn’t even been hoovered. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!!! 」
